In-Use On-Road Rule Status

On December 17, 2010, ARB adopted substantial changes to the In-Use On-Road rule. The rule was changed in response to:

• The effect of the recession and the ability of companies and public entities to cover the costs required by the rule.
• Better emission inventory data.
